My personal favorites
Energy is within us all, providing strength to achieve what seems impossible, and is intricately connecting us with the future. Some refer to this as spiritual, some frequency energy, some quantum physics etc. However you wish to view the unseen energy force, it is very real.
When used for selfish purposes, the force turns dark (we've all seen Star Wars!). However, when we use our unseen energy gifts for good, we have a positive impact on the World. Sometimes it's hard to see the differences we make, because most just take the energy from us without allowing it to flow back in its natural revolving circle. This creates an unbalance of energies, drains our spirit, and becomes necessary to avoid the life-sucking encounters. When two or more are gathered with equal spirit love, the bond comforts our heart at its spiritual core, and heals wounds encountered in life. The only limitation we have once synergizing ourselves with this Universal force, is our faith and imagination in its potential. The level of depth in connections with friends, family, and intimate partners, is only limited when purity is not present.
The most powerful of these forces is love. It transcends time, the current known, and is what we all deep down yearn for — eternal love. Be the YOU the Universe intended to be, not settling for anything less than the greatest version of you. Then, unconsciously you will indirectly inspire others without even trying. Be the real you, be vulnerable with like-minded, hug to share energy, and expect the unimagined .

The power of gentle touch
As with energy connections, physical touch with liked-minded is healing for the soul. Whether it's gently touching the other persons hand, or giving a heart-felt hug, nothing is more comforting. There is a transfer of pure energy and the feeling of being loved.
Massage is similar, and a delightful way to bond — just the thought of a massage positively changes a persons energy. Amazing isn't it? Those whom allow themselves to be vulnerable and connect with the beauty in this spiritual realm, encounter an otherwise unattainable deeper dimension of calm and comfort.
Some have been taught the technical skills of muscle manipulation, but only the Universe and our soul within, can empower us to fulfill its potential. To do this, we must abandon all concern or worry about physical techniques or insecurities, and just surrender to the moment as it is. This removes pressure for perfection, and allows both the giver and receiver to relax. Go with the flow... be in the present and release expectations. Technique / skills no longer matter when the giver is only focused on bringing peace and pleasure to the receiver. In this way, the giver is just as rewarded, because their energy has been received by a pure heart, and returned in a circle back around them... synergy movement in its purest form.
Massage is not a luxury, rather a path to a healthier soul, happier life, and comforted spirit.
Gentle music (along with a candle), are perfect companions for such encounters. Two meditation-friendly videos, are provided below for those interested. Sometimes Indian or other non-English music such as Persian, also create a wonderful atmosphere.
