The most attractive person one can meet is one whom has known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, yet has climbed their way out of the depths. Beautiful people don't just happen. Never be ashamed of struggles; embrace the character work done, because when things improve, you will preserve the beauty.
If present circumstances are challenging, chances are they won't determine where you go, merely determine where you start. Opportunities for new beginnings arise again and again... it just takes perseverance and patience to get through the dry periods.
Stay hopeful, tomorrow comes more than once.
Void of hope?
Yep, that can definitely take a person to a dark place. Hope is food for the soul... if currently you don't see it on the horizon, create it. Figure out how to generate it, even if it's not the specific hope on top of your list, rather a baby hope step within your current means to create. Take the step.
Naps are great for quick mind resets, but lasting renewal and peace come from stillness within. Regardless of any immediate dilemma, a calm mind will always give the wisest direction. Live a life of inner stillness by removing unnecessary noise from your life, like stop checking phones every 60sec :-)

When I watched this video, it hit me hard. It was the first time I heard another sharing the exact feelings I have, regarding my brother's suicide. Please, if your thoughts take you to a dark place, seek help HERE or elsewhere, before it's too late. — Lance (ge.life creator)

Tranquility of solitude definition:
"Sitting or resting in a state of tranquility.
It's not referring to being inactive, but for the senses and the mind to be in a state of calm without yearning for objects of the world.
In this state of being, fresh energies and productive creative thoughts emerge."

By Fearless Soul & Rachael Schroeder / lyrics by Nicholas Macri
Comparing yourself to another is an insult to who you are
It is an insult to who you are going to be
That was the last time I said someone was better
It's about time I focused on me
I run my own race
I'm not looking over my shoulder
The battle is me versus me
I won't do it no more
No more looking at other people thinking I'm not enough
From now I'll be strong
I am comfortable with who I am, I am one of one
I can't live my life by someone's expectations
When I try to be someone else I hold back my own greatness
I can't feel that I'm not enough when I'm better than yesterday
From now I'm not looking over the fence
The grass is greener where I water it
That was the last time that I thought the grass was greener
Things ain't always what they seem
It's an insult comparing myself to another
I am unique, I can only be me
I won't do it no more
No more looking at other people thinking I'm not enough
From now I'll be strong
I am comfortable with who I am, I am one of one
I can't live my life by someone's expectations
When I try to be someone else I hold back my own greatness
I can't feel that I'm not enough when I'm better than yesterday
From now I'm not looking over the fence
The grass is greener where I water it
The grass is greener where I water it

"Most humans are never fully present in the now, because unconsciously they believe that the next moment must be more important than this one. But then you miss your whole life, which is never not now." — Eckhart Tolle
The moon rotates slower than earth. 1 moon day is about 30 earth days. That's 2 weeks of sunshine, then 2 weeks of darkness. Sometimes on earth we feel like we're in a long period
of darkness. The good news is, as with the moon, light does come back around the corner.
Sunshine will arrive again my friends — eventually
Yes, we've all made selfish, unkind, ungrateful, and downright ugly decisions in the past. These have no excuses for the actions, or the negative effects it had on others. We've ALL committed acts we believe to be unforgivable.
It takes discipline to forgive yourself in a manner which sets you free. Understanding the futility of constantly beating yourself-up, is the beginning of freedom. You MUST be decisive in your commitment to move forward from past choices. They will still pop in your head from time to time, but use the memory as determination to be better today, rather than re-punish yourself. Re-punishing yourself is stupid, unproductive, and benefits nobody. For the sake of those you love, and the World around you, focus on the now and plan for a better future.
Some of our sins are not totally our fault. Since the beginning of time on Earth, and possibly earlier if evil originated elsewhere, there has been wicked external influences. An accumulation of evil events within the Universe, has created an environment which is now accepted as the 'normal'. Subtle evil choices are considered normal. Nothing normal about evil though... just because something is everywhere, does not make it normal. Whether it's lustful temptations, materialist wants, or prideful actions, all have been influenced by external evil within the Universe. We didn't ask to be born with a fallen nature, or into a sinful environment. Yes, rejecting evil is the right choice, but go easy on yourself for choices made under these external forces.
The deeper you grow as a person, the clearer your past becomes. This makes past sins more vivid when reflected upon, because your new deeper hate of evil has strengthened your vision. Use this hate / disgust of your own past choices, as motivation for change. As painful as it may be, it's a good thing seeing clearer — just be sure to forgive your past self, so you have an opportunity to have a better life now. Spread love :-)
When you or someone close is feeling down, introducing small positive new experiences makes a World of difference. Exploring or re-introducing fun things, provides new avenues for hope. A person can be emotionally and physically exhausted from the trauma of depression, so tiny happy experiences are a great way to take baby steps. Each positive step encourages and strengthens the soul to take larger motions. One tiny step which actually makes every part of you feel good, is the energy live enzymes give from uncooked (or lightly steamed) fruits and veges.

People who once thought about ending their lives, are now glad to be alive. They say they didn’t want to end a potentially happy future, they just wanted the present pain to stop.
We might not get everything desired life, but definitely can fight for a better place / state of being, where life is improved. Stay in the fight because with one step at a time, the sun not only will rise again, but begin to shine new light on our fresh beginnings. Stay for your future and for those whom you will positively affect.

Not worrying what anybody else thinks, we are free to give of ourselves, when the needs of others arise. Give proudly, as there is no shame in displaying gentle compassion with empathy.

There's NOTHING wrong with you, if you are lonely.
Please, allow loneliness and depression to float past you, not on top, or it will sink you. It does pass.... because it comes in waves. My brother took his life from loneliness / lack of hope / and World cruelty in general. Don't allow yourself to sink further, or your perspective becomes too dark to be reversible. A year later, I had to take my mother off life-support due to injuries related to a bus crash, then my father passed to Covid. The only person I wished to speak to for healing was my brother, but he was gone. I did also have a very special friend called Anne, but she too abandoned me. Don't inflict that level of emptiness onto any person whom cares about you. Fight to live — fight for life. Things do turn around... just float with the loneliness on your way down the river — you, or someone else, will eventually help you out of the water.

Electric frequency (Earth's natural energy) can synergize with yours, and calm your being / assist with mental wellness. Try it by laying on ground under a tree (works without tree too). You can lay on cloth or towel if you wish, but not rubber yoga mats (they insulate / block electricity). If you wish to Google this fascinating topic, do a search for earthing / grounding the body. It's healing capacity is amazing, including speeding recovery from injuries. If you can't lay on ground, sit on a bench with bare feet rested on earth and enjoy your new ZEN :-)

If you're able to spread wisdom, love, and comfort within a circle of friends, their overall mental wellbeing and physical longevity are positively affected. A healthy community of connections is so deeply meaningful. If you don't have it, reach out to groups which may be of interest, such as volunteer programs. They always have beautiful souls contributing to charity work. When you spread life, it comes back to hug you :-)
Beautiful words for any person currently struggling with deep hurt.

Run / dance /climb a hill / take an early morning walk / meditate under a tree. Whatever physical or mental activity you choose to release negativity with, remember to breathe in life, and enjoy it in transparent freedom — like nobody is watching. Dance in the rain, surf when you have never surfed, feed birds you have never introduced yourself to. Say "hi" to those whom look lonely. Life feels precious when you slowdown to feel it and take time to connect. Listen, and your soul will speak.
Beautiful words at minute 4:44 in the video:
"But as the writers and poets and artists would agree, there's no greater suffering than denying what you're dying to say. And there's no greater feeling than letting the stories inside you spill out."
